I had a 6 year old Shark Vertex that survived 2 moves. Just got the new version (Refurbished but looks like new) today. It seems to be louder than my old one, but my old one was struggling to pick just about anything off the floor. It came 2/3 charged and spotless. I'll take loud over load any day. Excellent seller!! Item shipped and arrived very quickly! Vacuum looks and functions like brand new. Found the charger didn't work and messaged the seller. Seller quickly responded and offered a return of the vacuum for refund or exchange. I passed on the return as I can easily find a replacement on Ebay, so not a big deal. So far so good. It actually works much better than I expected from a cordless. I bought it just for my kitchen but I’ve been using it for carpets also because it works so well. I have a corded vertex and it actually works very comparable to the corded vertex. I love that it folds over and the battery is removable. It’s great all around
