Item was exactly as described, arrived in sufficient packaging. Great condition, appears as if it was new and hasn't been used. Popped in the battery from the original broken handle and it worked as it should, and the handle actually seated and stayed connected to the other component. Fantastic value when compared to replacing the entire vacuum.
