Not received but refunded. Courier said tracking number was no good. Seller said it was lost in transit due to courier error. Later- would take 25-30 days to refill order cause it was out of stock in warehouse. They investigated again and said it was delivered to the wrong address. Then said they started to reprocess the order and found it out of stock (I already knew that) and then canceled the order cause it's against eBay policy to make me wait that long. Just fishy...reasons changed/email.
This was the second time this month trying to buy this RV tape on ebay. Just to have the mail deliver it to the wrong place and wrong house. This has also happened to a Walmart order of mine this month as well. Im thinking our mail system needs to be investigated to see if a new scam is going on and its not the delivery people stealing packages and saying they delivered to wrong places. But the seller refunded me back so all if great with them. So thank you for that. it does harm both of us.
don't know about the quality, condition, value, or appearance, because it was shipped UPS and in typical UPS fashion never arrived at this address... seller sent me an apology blaming some "counter error" but, in my opinion, UPS is to blame... I try to avoid folks who discriminate against others who utilize PO boxes, but, i this case desperation led me to a shipping failure and a refund...
