Excellent Seller AAA+++ I had issue with this shovel, handle broke off. Seller immediately sent out a replacement. I was able to repair the first one and found it to be a manufacturer assembly issue. Once put together properly it is an AWSOME shovel very heavy duty.
I was sent prybar that was not welded correctly, sent pictures to the warranty department and the next day they sent me another pry bar that was correct. No hassle.
