This listing is for a Sigma 28-70mm f/2.8 DG DN lens for Sony E-mount, sold AS-IS for parts or repair. I purchased this lens in a bundle with a camera in July 2024. The previous seller mentioned that he had dropped the lens, but stated that everything still worked. I have used it in both studio and outdoor settings and found that it functions, but there are some issues: • Filter ring is broken (see photos 6, 7, and 8 – issues circled in red) • Marks and scratches on the front glass element • The only time I’ve noticed an issue is when shooting in direct light (see the last three sample images, taken with this lens on my Sony A7C) What’s included: • Lens only (no lens hood, box, or other accessories) • Aftermarket front and rear caps I have since upgraded, so I’m selling this for parts or repair.
