I placed my order with this person and was talking to a Ruth wanted to cancel my order. I got a email saying that I couldn't cancel my order it was rejected. And 30 minutes later my package is showing out for delivery today. I ordered it on the 7th Friday and it's Saturday evening . A it's coming from Florida and I'm in Benton Arkansas. Sounds like a scammer thing. Cause there's no way my package will be delivered in less then 12 hours. Beware when ordering from this place you will be lied to .
The tank is brand new and looks fine. I want to note that the seller really did a great job of making things right. There was a problem with shipping the item out originally. The seller contacted me and offered to priority-ship a replacement out, which I accepted. The very next day, the replacement arrived! I am thoroughly impressed and I will be shopping their store again soon.
Communication from seller has been very professional. Fast shipping, but USPS shows they delivered to my address and they apparently delivered to someone else’s address. This isn’t the first time USPS has fumbled a delivery. They have scanned “delivered” on packages before and then “found” them the next day and delivered them.
