I just picked it up and the box was partially open and damaged. The product's box was also damaged around the edges. As for the product itself, all pieces were included and in great condition with one exception. The hand holding the mask appears to have been glued back on after being broken. The item shipped a bit late, though at no fault to the seller. The seller had remained in contact and gave updates during and after the shipping process.
