  1. Was new just as stated. Ordered 3 other times from different pool suppliers but each time part came in used and didn’t work. If you get a part that’s labeled from a return center, don’t even bother to open it. Just return to seller because it’s a given it’s no good. This part was sold by popular pool suppliers as listed on eBay but was fulfilled by a return center that was supposed to check them out before selling again. So glad I decided to purchase from Level brands.

  3. A little disappointed that the batteries did not come in original packaging, they were instead loosely packaged in a single bubble wrap bag. I would have preferred the original packaging so I could determine an expiration date. However, I tested all the batteries and they tested to be the right voltage. Good price and received on time.
