This is an open box item that I have taken extensive pictures of. I am not saying these are brand new, but I cannot find any evidence of these earbuds ever being worn. The case looks immaculate as do the earbuds themselves. Everything in the separate box also appears to be brand new. I did nothing to these earbuds prior to taking pictures of them. Personally I never would have purchased them if I felt they had been used because I definitely do not want to deal with any headaches with any product that I sell. I have purchased a lot of products in the past with “ugly boxes” that have had brand new products inside. So I will let you be the judge of them by looking at the pictures.
