I apparently ordered the wrong colour of cell phone wallet, and when inquiring about a return/refund, the seller was quite amicable, and offered partial refund. Since this item was sent from China to Canada, I thought the seller was quite fair and reasonable about the refund. In the end, since the item was inexpensive, and it was my mistake, I chose not to accept the partial refund. Would buy from them again! Thanks greatseller2018
The item arrived very quickly at its overseas destination (nine days in total from time of order), and came quite well enough protected in the padded envelope it was posted in to arrive without suffering any damage in transit. Everything was exactly as described, and definitely a perfect fit for the phone it was advertised for. No problems to mention, and very pleased with this transaction. All as simple as it should be!
My experience with the seller was very positive. Because the item was coming from China the seller informed me after it had been paid for that additional fees were probable and gave me the option to cancel if that happened. So they canceled the transaction and refunded me immediately.
