Item is exactly as advertised. A nice backpack with vivid colors and ample storage space. The seller did an excellent job of corresponding with me after I notified them that my package had not arrived. They kept in touch with me daily and offered whatever help they could. My package was delayed due to the snow in my area, so it was entirely out of the seller's hands, but even so, they were very kind and concerned enough to monitor the delivery status daily. I'm very appreciative of it.
This was my second Jacqueline Kent purchase from this seller. First class seller in all areas. The items were well packed and in awesome condition (especially considering age).
