On time shipping, good packaging, new as described Picture shows 2 items for a price which it does not say for one item. In description say 1 ea. , to me means 1 each set of 2 as in the picture. I ordered the item thinking that it was 2 items as each set and on received 1. This confuse customer thinking is a set, if sales person is going to sell 1 item put 1 item picture.
I received the clip claw earrings and the posts were bent. Not to mention they weren’t Clip earrings but pierced. After a little email discussion, everything got resolved in a very friendly way. I’m totally satisfied and feel this seller is very reputable!
