Not very impressed with the seller, but what I ordered finally arrived after several days past the date that showed it was delivered by USPS (it was not delivered) instead they ended up buying what I ordered from them on Amazon and shipped it straight to my home. I'm not leaving negative feedback, it's here now, and before Christmas, that's all I care about. Thanks!
Well..when these bulbs arrived, they turned out to be 18 watt instead of 23 watt. The seller sent me another order which turned out to be 18 watt again. He sent me a return label which I returned the shipment. Now I am informed he refunded my money. I am happy with his diligence and his willingness to make it right. Positive feedback is hereby done!!
For some reason UPS stated delivery was completed but it wasn’t until 2 days later which caused much confusion! Not the sellers fault. Product was as described. Good seller! I feel bad because I was upset when the package wasn’t delivered as UPS announced and got rude with seller! My apologies!
