Everything looks good. Haven’t been able to test yet but the unit looks new as described and I think it was a good price for what I paid. Mean well is a well known and reputable brand so I expect them to be a quality product and function well. I actually bought 3 of these under 2 transactions as I realized I may as well grab the last one they had for my project. I reached out to the seller and they were communicative and sent out both packages in a timely manner.

For shipping heater was well packed in multiple layers of cardboard. Original heater packaging was open but the washers were taped to outside. Heater looks a little banged up but the resistance reads fine. Know more when I install it. Price ok for condition. As described. Shipping was a week from Utah to Wisconsin with ground advantage.
