Unfortunately the item description did not match to what it was. Shipping and packaging were both excellent. The price was amazing for what I thought I was getting. It was a fair enough price for what it actually was. I did return it because it wasn’t what I thought (I needed the higher light output, this just wouldn’t have had it). The seller took it back with no issue and gave me no issues about it.
Shipping was very quick. Packaging was good and item was retaped well. Item was exactly what was on the photos and works absolutely perfectly. The value was great too as it's a immensely discounted price from retail. Will buy from this seller again soon for my family.
Perfectly packed and exactly as advertised. They sealed the tablets and gave some extra charging cords with it. Had a small challange with one of the tablets. They helped me with it, lack of knowladge from my side. Great service would recommend!
