MP3 player was new in the box as described, unfortunately it did not work. When I messaged the seller they offered some simple suggestions to determine if it was faulty or if it was user error. After responding to these suggestions (I had already tried them before I messaged) I was refunded quickly. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.
Arrived quickly and in good shape. Looks as advertised. When hooking up monitors, it worked for a day the first 2 times connecting it. After the third time disconnecting it and reconnecting the monitors, it has worked without issue. I'm hopeful it continues. Contact with seller was great.
