I ordered a charger with 6 USB C ports and 4 USB A ports, at first the item was marked as delivered to the opposite coast, I live on the east coast and the item was delivered to WA state. Seller offered a refund or replacement, when the item was finally delivered it is the wrong item! Yes it has 10 ports but 6 USB A and 4 USB C! Even the box is marked wrong, it is marked as black but the white was inside, I did order white but needed the 6 USB C ports!
The seller did very well. Good communication, fast shipping, and the item was as described. Great! The product itself is bad. Within a few days it was unusable due to poor design (loose joint), just like I had read about in other reviews.
