I never received the package and I called USPS and they said the product was delivered to a different name and address. I could not get the info from them or from the seller. BUT the seller prom the start said I would be refunded and they did before the product supposedly arrived. I needed the product ASAP for planting so I tried my best to find the whereabouts. No Luck. But I wanttold during the entire process that I was refunded. An odd scenario but I am OK with the outcome.
Disguised Home Depot drop shipper. Seller is in Jerusalem, Ebay says item ships from North Carolina. Three different arrival dates with empty tracking. Item arrives from Illinois. Seller raised the price 20% over Home Depot price. I cannot recommend buying tools on Ebay unless they're from a real tool store. Buy with confidence!
Overall a great experience. The tree did arrive “on time” but in rough shape, not the sellers fault. The seller was very responsive and communicative. I expressed my concerns and the seller was very helpful. We came to a mutually agreement and moved on with life.
