The phone was brand new as described, the seller Newegg is credible, the customer support on x (twitter) was incredible, the nokia 2780 flip arrived in the sealed box brand new, the only problem is that it comes with an American charger that wont fit european power outlets, but other than that this is a great way for people outside of the United States to obtain this phone.

Contacted Newegg and they offered for me to keep the laptop, as the one i ordered was no longer available. This saved quite a bit of hassle. Newegg has always gone up and above what i have expected.
