The torch arrived in good time. Unfortunately it wouldn't charge up, it was on charge over 48hours and didn't work. It worked whilst on charge with the cable plugged in, but not when the cable was unplugged. Obviously that's no use! I contacted the seller and they were happy to refund me. So it was good service and I got a refund, but unfortunately a torch that doesn't work.
