According to tracking, the original item was lost by the carrier (their own delivery photos proved they had delivered to wrong address). This caring, friendly ebayer was very quick to help, offering to refund or send a replacement. Because I know he is trustworthy, I chose replacement. He kindly kept me updated. The replacement arrived quickly. As always, it had been packed with great care.
I do not remember placing this order and contacted the seller who refused to cancel the order. I then received notice that the item had been delivered when I have not received it. Seller is not responding to my requests for help. Despite the glowing reviews, I would be very reluctant to buy from him again. Also, the items can be purchased much more cheaply on Amazon!!!
Who ships light bulbs in a thin bubble envelope? They did make it here, but the paperboard boxes the bulbs were in looked pretty rough. I received an e-mail that they were shipped from Amazon. I try all I can to avoid Amazon; that's why I bought here. But they were just as described and arrived in an acceptable amount of time.
