Further Details Title: Worker Well-Being Condition: New Description: How do technology, public works projects, mental health, race, gender, mobility, retirement benefits, and macroeconomic policies affect worker well-being? This volume contains fourteen original chapters utilizing the latest econometric techniques to answer this question. The findings include the following: technology gains explain over half the decline in U.S. unemployment and over two-thirds the reduction in U.S. inflation; universal health coverage would reduce U.S. labor force participation by 3.3 per cent; blacks respond to regional rather than national changes in schooling rates of return, perhaps implying a more local labor market for blacks than whites; employee motivation enhances labor force participation, on-the-job training, job satisfaction and earnings; male and female promotion and quit rates are comparable once one controls for individual and job characteristics; public works programs designed to increase a worker's skills do not always increase reemployment; and, U.S. pension wealth increased about 20 per cent - 25 per cent over the last two decades. Excellent quality & condition, a real value, & brand new as described. Shipped in a protective cardboard mailing envelope, & the shipping process took a little over a week. The item looks beautiful, & the CD’s & DVD sound wonderful as well! The DVD picture is clear & well restored. I do recommend this seller most highly to other buyers, & I would certainly buy from them again! A truly outstanding product & a smooth transaction, much appreciated! My sincere best wishes and many thanks to you.
Received item as described and packaged well. Listing indicated shipping was free. Ordered on the 7th but by the 14th noticed it hadn’t been shipped yet. Seller responded quickly saying that during the purchase process that it said it would not be shipped until the 22nd because they use a fulfillment house. I don’t recall seeing anything about delayed shipping during the process or in the listing. While I appreciate the prompt response to my inquiry, other buyers should be aware of delays.
THIS person is a fine eBay seller! • The item was ordered Feb 6, 2026 & received on Feb 17. • It was well packed, & arrived perfectly. • Shipping time: DECENT. • Item: New, as described. • I recommend this seller, & HOPE TO buy from them again. . [And I decry how eBay has taken to erase my descriptive Feedbacks each time, forcing me to save these words in Notes, and retrieve it for editing, for each successive detailed feedback submission. DO YOU SEE THIS, EBAY?!]
