I'm thrilled with this purchase! The monitor was listed as open box, but it was practically factory sealed and in pristine condition. It's incredibly clean and looks practically brand new, untouched. The picture quality is fantastic, and the setup was a breeze. Additionally, the item only took 4 days to arrive, which was much faster than expected. I would highly recommend this seller for their honest listings, quick shipping, and the excellent condition of the products they offer!
Monitor was exactly as described: open box. So the packaging was a little bit of a mess but that's definitely not the seller's fault. Box contained everything it was supposed to, all cables, stand, mounts, and manuals. I've been using the monitor for two days now and it performs flawlessly while looking perfect next to the 27GP850-B I already had. Very happy with my purchase, shipping was SUPER fast. Ordered Friday, shipped Friday, received Wed. the following week.
Ordered twice with them. First time, they couldn't find the product in their warehouse. Second time, the driver delivered it to the wrong address, and when those residents gave it back to the driver, the package "disappeared" from Amazon. Communication was very good the entire time, and refund issued both times with no delay or problem. Shame the transaction didn't work out :/
