Wish every vendor treated customers like TS. Made a mistake and ordered the wrong item. I explained the situation, as it was completely my fault, however, TS immediately got back to me (good communication) and said they completely understood. Sent me what I wanted in it's place, and we had a seamless return and replace transaction. Which is very rare. The seller went above and beyond. Item is good quality and at a great price. Used RAM as described/pictured and works great in the laptop I purchased them for. Great communication, shipped promptly only to have USPS drop the ball and sit on the item at 2 (of several) locations for 24 hours each location. Is anyone else experiencing this from USPS? This is a great seller and I highly recommend them, would do business again.
Item was exactly as advertised! Packaged very well and arrived on time. Everything was excellent except that I ordered the wrong keyboard, 8 pin connector vs. 6 pin connector, my bad. Great communication with seller and was refunded my money quickly. Would most certainly do business with them again!!
