What was seen in the pics and the description of the item both was spot on , I had a minor issue and straight away they said it’s your charger cable I’ll have one in the post to you ,and two days later I got the cable and it’s solved the charging issue , I need a few more items of this online shop so in the new year I’ll be straight back 👍🏻
The item did come with adverts installed, which wasn’t as described, that being said I told the seller and he reimbursed the amount to pay to remove ads, which was fair and he got back to me within 1 minute of the initial reach out. Fair seller, admitted his error and fixed the issue, so I rate that as a top seller in my books!
Was posted out quickly. The kindle was as described. It didn’t say in the description if it was the ad free or ad version, turns out it was the ad version. It’s not an issue but would have been handy to have been included. Nice solid packaging, postie popped it through the letter and it was unharmed.
