I received these yesterday but needed to charge them so I could make a accurate feedback response. I purchased a set a week prior and these are by far the better set. I love that the neck has flexibility for those of us who are small or petite. The cooling plate is much larger. This will be a great Christmas gift. Especially for any female who has hot flashes. I hope to buy more soon.
I refunded for a better price they sent the refund ASAP no issues I ended up with a used product that works for what I need but if you want new this is a good place to buy it.
