Unfortunately, the stereo arrived with significant damage and is now in need of some replacement parts and repair. After sharing pictures of the damage with the seller, they submitted an insurance claim with the delivery service and refunded a portion of the purchase price toward making repairs. I'm leaving a positive review because the seller provided excellent communication/follow-through, and they did try to package the item carefully.
