Well I had a good experience with the seller. The printer arrived exactly as advertised. Brand new in box not opened. It is a very nice printer and was pleased with it. It is an older printer but that was okay with me,only there was no driver updates or software updates either. But I took the chance and thats not sellers fault. They shipped the printer the same day but fed ex was delayed 3 days. Not sellers fault either. I am happy with their service. Would recommend them.
