  1. Toner was shipped without an outer box (label just attached to retail box), and I heard a rattling when I retrieved the item from the mailbox. I thought it was damaged or tampered with. There was no signed that it was opened and repacked, and my toner didn't need replacement just yet, but I decided to open it up just in case it was damaged from shipping it without another box. A piece of the inner plastic that holds the toner secure was broken off. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

  3. Arrived earlier than expected. Packaging was secure in a double-padded set of envelopes. Wished it would have been cleaned a bit before shipping (there was dirt on the strap like the photos) and also reset as well. But I can't complain too much since I did get a good price for it.
