The item was as described. I got a great value for the price I paid. Truly, the item was worth way more than the asking price. It was packaged nice and snug in the box. Shipping was a joke, but that was not the sellers fault. They actually shipped the item right away. It made it to CA. In two days, but Fed Ex in CA. Is a joke. It took over 2 weeks to travel a little over 200 miles in CA. Again, this was Fed Ex fault, not the sellers. I was happy with the item and would buy from the seller again.
Item was advertised as having possible damage to the box. This did not bother me, since I was more interested in owning the game itself. Was shipped in a large box with plenty of protection and padding. The game contained all items and pieces that would come with the game under normal circumstances. If you want a collector's piece, the damaged box may not be for you, but if you just want a chance to own the new Hero Quest and play a fun game, this seller offers you more than your money's worth.
I received a new unopened, factory sealed package containing Jabra elite 85t earbuds. Unfortunately, the right earbud was defective. This was no fault of the seller as the package was factory sealed. The seller immediately authorized a return and issued a refund. Although the item was defective, the seller was great and quickly resolved the issue! I will buy from this seller again
