I gave this seller positive feedback despite the fact that they misrepresented the condition of these headphones as new. eBay defines new as "a brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging." These headphones are not new. The box was opened and taped back, and the internal packaging was missing. This product is open-box at best, but it's definitely not new. However, I still gave this seller positive feedback because the headphones look new and work perfectly.
The Dell SK-8115 keyboard arrived in excellent condition—brand new, just as described, and very well packaged. Shipping was fast, and the item was well protected throughout. The keyboard works perfectly with no issues at all. Seller communication was smooth, and there were no surprises. I would absolutely purchase from this seller again and highly recommend them to others.
Brand new like it was supposed to be. Came very quick. Excellent price. Brand new in original packaging. Good quality and appearance. Would purchase from this seller again. Even though I have had zero interactions with them for any customer service type reasons. Which is appreciated in itself.
