The shipping was fast and packaging was a origin box; the item appears to be as described. Shipping was perfect and the watch is a great value for the cost. However, the watch as received did not tick/function and will need a thorough service and oiling. The seller gracefully agreed to cover this cost in full! This is such a fantastic seller. Unfortunately the product arrived damaged, but due to no fault of the seller, as it appears the carrier did not handle the package safely.
