Initially, the parcel was missing the headphone case that it was supposed to come with. As I told them, they acknowledged it, and without making any fuss, they have refunded the amount for a similar case for sale on eBay. Great keyboard, excellent condition, exactly as described, and clean. All functions seem to work. Keyboard was packaged securely and safely. I had an issue with the shipping tracking not updating for a couple of weeks, but I messaged the seller and they got the issue sorted out within a couple of days, I received the item the following week.
