The pot and pan rack was slow arriving and when it did it was damaged from shipping. Parts of it were poking out of the box due to poor packaging and were bent and damaged. The seller never responded to messages or a request to return. I was refunded by eBay and repaired most of the damage and was able to use the pot rack which actually works well.
This item came in a timely manner, it is well-made, and is exactly as described, very beautiful. The price was reasonable for the quality of the product. Thank you very much.
