Grade B: THANKFUL @seller "honesty": 36 Hours after purchase got seller note advising his staff found product was listed "defective" (16lbs. cat food), seller asked if I wanted to cancel order/refund money or to ship as is. Naturally, opted to cancel & refund. Thankfully, they immediately cancelled order, in about 1hour EBAY noted my acct page was cancelled/ refund would be initiated. Told seller I'd give them positives for honesty, quickly refunding. (be careful buying EBAY cat food, 5x BadNow)
Product just as described but very dirty like it was sitting outside for a while and not cleaned prior to be packaged. Also. the Styrofoam packed around the umbrella stand in the box was shattered in a number of places as well of the package had 6 tears, rips in and on it. Very Very Poorly packaged. The only reason why I am giving positive feedback is because the item is as described and luckily was not damaged.
1) The price was half what it would be in a retail store. 2) It was exactly as ordered and was in the box it would come in if new. 3) The quality was as expected. 4) Crazy fast shipping!! I ordered it yesterday and received it today. And shipping was free! Very positive transaction. Thank you!!!
