  1. The package was supposed to have been delivered on Tuesday by UPS. I already started an inquiry on New Years day and was notified that the purchase price would be re-funded. Now, Saturday the 3rd, there was a surprise in my mailbox, the parts arrived. I will be contacting the seller and pay for the parts, although I went ahead and ordered replacement parts.

  2. I never received the items…!!! This is not because of the seller but UPS.!!! The driver stated they delivered the package but their was no picture of the package dropped off from UPS nor both of my ring cameras did not pick up the truck or driver delivering the packages to my home …!!!!!
