Had issue with tracking. Finally after 10 days received tracking info furniture to be delivered same day. Got notifications in was in route. Got notifications it was delivered. It was not. Called carrier they stated that the tracking number did not match buyers name or address. Sent message to sellers correspondent. Refund issued
I got the item in an Amazon box. It's a bit strange because the tracking number was different and the picture from the delivery was to another house but everything seems intact with the item I bought and it is what was described
