The item is built very well and was in new condition when I received it. However for some reason the one I received I cannot get it to work. I notified the company and We messaged back and forth with them trying to help me and getting the item to operate. This was with no avail but they did offer to refund most of the money that I had paid and just told me to keep the item and see if I can find someone to repair it. I thought this was more than fair on their part. I would definitely do business.
