This is just as described, looks to be of good quality. (I do like the box that it stores in) Packaging was a bit odd, it was like those Russian nesting dolls, a large flat rate envelope, you cut it open to find a smaller flat rate envelope, you cut that open find a yet smaller one, you cut that open to finally find the original factory envelope, by the time I got all done , I was just expecting a note saying “HA HA” . But it worked, arrived in good condition and on time. AAA+++ seller!
Quality issues with the product; I contacted the seller. Seller provided excellent service: I received quick replies to my emails and a replacement product after I sent the 1st one back. The 2nd product had (different) quality issues. Again the seller quickly responded to my emails. In the end, I made a new replacement part / repaired the product; now it works well. I would buy from this seller again in the future; one of my best seller experiences: 5+ stars, the product: 2 stars.
As described product works well was not sellers fault,But package was delivered to wrong address contacted seller no help from them had to contact FEDEX myself that should have been the sellers responsibility not buyers,had to run down the package myself and retrieve it
