The seller and the product are vey good. There was a problem with the courier stating on their delivery update that they had delivered yet the item was not at my delivery address. I advised the seller and they were very helpfully and prompt with trying to resolve the issue including offering a replacement or refund, which ever I preferred? I opted for replacement. Straight after coming to this conclusion a courier driver turned up with the package. It evident the courier is not reliable?? Thank
My item didn’t make it into my hands. I believe a glitch in our local delivery service caused this. The seller was happy to refund me before I even asked. I would by again but am travelling to major city where I can purchase off the shelf.
