This was the first time I ordered from eBay so was somewhat concerned as to how successful the process would be. However, once I placed the order the Seller contacted me, gave me the shipping details and the expected delivery day. It went exactly as he said it would. My item, a vinyl record, was packed carefully and for safety and I can’t imagine the process going any more smoothly. It was obvious from the start that the seller truly understands the concept of "Customer Care."
There are many pictures in the listing that clearly show the item and its description, so I had a good idea of what to expect. Upon receiving it, the item matched exactly what was shown in the photos. The packaging was flawless — I really appreciated the plastic wrap followed by the hard paper protection. Thanks to that, the original film paper box arrived in perfect condition without any damage. 100% satisfied with the packaging! The price is also very reasonable!
Shipping Issue: When the art arrived, the glass was completely shattered all over the artwork. The art was not wrapped to ensure that the glass would not break.The art was shipped in a USPS priority envelope, with minimal wrapping. We payed over $10 for shipping and it was not adequately packaged, which damaged the item. The item was damaged and did not arrive as described - the description in the listing was “excellent condition.” This was not a positive experience.
