15 or 16 of the powders were open and all the paperwork was missing. The item was supposed to be new. It was mostly our fault... We ordered the ultra thin instead of standard. We tried to cancel but the seller said it was already shipped out. The next day we got "item has been shipped" Like quite awhile after we requested cancel. However, the seller had a great price, and the shipping was lightning speed.
