Item exactly as described, very well packed, delivery was 2 wks. The squeegee blade was damaged on arrival, not due to poor packaging. It was damaged before it was packed. It then took a month and a half for the replacement blade, and a spare, to eventually arrive. Comms were ok but not great. End result is I have a functional squeegee 2 months after placing the order. Vendor was helpful and problem was resolved but better quality control at packing would have avoided the problem all together!
Delivered by UPS within the time. Well packaged and item undamaged. I have not tried the machine yet but it looks fine. Just what I need.
