Slight mistake was made regarding my having ordered 2 of the same item and only receiving one at first. Seller rectified immediately. So, I ordered 2 identical items. The order was exercise resistance bands. Two sets. One came with all parts loose in a bag but at least the parts were individually sealed. The other came in the proper box, sealed, with all parts also individually sealed. Not sure why box was missing with one set, but no big deal. Good price, good quality.
Took a while to get here due to the mail, sending it to the wrong place but this buyer went beyond protocol and he sent the replacement to meet UPS. I appreciate that as it is a wedding gift but he has exceeded my expectations when you buy products from this buyer he will do whatever it takes to make it right  Thank you for all your help and have a good evening
