Please find a professional electrician to connect the machine with the power supply. The water pump is equipped with a plug. The pump must be completely submerged in water and cannot emerge from the water, otherwise it will be burnt. 1. Lock the cover tightly, install the cloth bag and tie the end of the long cloth bag. 2. After starting the machine, idle for 10 seconds, wait for the bag to bulge, and then slowly feed materials from the hopper. Do not feed the materials into the grinding chamber before starting the machine, otherwise the machine cannot operate. 3. When the machine is running, do not feed the materials excessively or too quickly at a time, otherwise the thermal protector button will pop out and the machine will automatically stop. 4. When automatic shutdown happens, disconnect the power supply, remove the materials from the grinding chamber, clean the mesh screen if necessary, then press the thermal protector button, and restart the machine for use. 5. The crushed materials should be as dry as possible, and the grinder is not suitable for high-sugar, oily and viscous materials. 6. Please clean the mesh screen regularly and fix the screws regularly. 7. The motor is strictly forbidden to run when there is no water. 8. It is strictly forbidden to clean the machine with water. 9. In order to prolong the service life of the pulverizer, the machine should be turned on continuously for 2 hours, stopped for 30 minutes, and then restarted. 10. In the using process of the machine, it is strictly prohibited to open the pulverizing bin cover or put hands, brushes and other tools into the pulverizing bin to avoid mechanical or personal accidents. Before opening the pulverizing bin cover, be sure to pull out the power cord to prevent personal accidents caused by touching the switch or micro switch. Product Features The feeding hopper is designed for holding more raw materials, and a hinge type cover is arranged in the feeding inlet and can be opened and closed to adapt to different feeding demands, effectively prevent the foreign matter from entering the grinding chamber and well protect the grinder. The oval discharging outlet is matched with a transparent protective cover which can prevent the powder from splashing and scattering in the discharging process. The cloth bag is fixed to the powder outlet through a fixing hoop, so the powder is effectively collected, and the environmental cleanliness is well kept. The grinding chamber is of a double-cavity six-hammer structure. The stainless steel grinding teeth and alloy steel hammer heads are effectively combined to achieve efficient and accurate grinding operation. The stainless steel mesh screens with the specifications of 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 1.0mm can be disassembled and replaced easily to meet different fineness requirements. The grinding chamber door can be opened and closed through the locking part, operation is easy, and cleaning is convenient. The grinding machine adopts an innovative water cooling heat dissipation system, heat can be dissipated more quickly, the cooling effect is better, and the continuous working time of the grinder can be prolonged. The motor fan is additionally designed for the grinder, heat dissipation of the motor is independently achieved while water cooling heat dissipation is adopted, the motor burnout risk can be greatly reduced, and the service life of the grinder can be further prolonged. The grinder is equipped with a compact control panel with multiple functions. The ammeter can clearly display the current to effectively ensure stable operation. The inertia flywheel assembly is innovatively designed for the grinder and can generate the inertial kinetic energy during motor running, playing a role in force increase, improving the motor performance and the breaking force and generating the higher acceleration under the condition of the same power. The support is detachably installed to support the grinder, and universal wheels with brakes are arranged at the bottoms of supporting legs. The grinder can be conveniently moved to different working environments and be fixed through the brakes, and the adaptability and practicability are greatly enhanced. Operation Method 1. Take down the 8 screws (4 long screws and 4 short screws) at the bottom of the machine with a hex wrench. Combine the 4 long screws with flat washers and install them into the 4 holes in the middle of the two brackets. Combine the 4 short screws with spring washers and install them onto the four corners of the two brackets. Then install the wheels at the bottoms of the brackets. 2. After replacing the mesh screens according to the required fineness, close the cover of the pulverizing bin tightly, tighten the locking screw for connecting the cover and the pulverizing bin to avoid leakage of the pulverized materials, and ensure that the micro switch has been pressed down. 3. Combine the elastic end of the cloth bag with the powder outlet, tie the other end of the cloth bag and lock a cloth bag hoop. The cloth bag hoop should be clamped on the protruding rib of the powder outlet to tighten the cloth bag and prevent powder leakage. 4. Prepare a bucket of water, put the water pump into the bucket, and let the water pump submerge in the water. The machine is equipped with two water pipes, one water pipe is connected with the water pump and the machine. One end of the other water pipe is connected to the machine, and the other end is placed in the water bucket. (Note: the two pipe connectors are arbitrary, regardless of which one feeds or discharges the water). 5. When connecting the connector on the water pipe to the machine, retract the joint, then insert the metal pipe on the machine, and release the retracted connector after inserting the metal pipe in place, so that the connector and the metal pipe on the machine are assembled in place. 6. Before inserting the water pipe into the water pump, press down the water outlet connector on the water pump to retract the clamping teeth inside the connector, then insert the water pipe, and then release the connector on the water pump to clamp the water pipe tightly. The method of pulling out the water pipe is the same as the method of inserting the water pipe. Do not violent insertion and removal of the water pipe under the condition that the connector is not pressed down. 7. Insert the power cord of the water pump into the power strip, test run for 1 minute, and if there is no any abnormalities, start the pulverizer. (Note: the plug of the water pump should not touch the cooling water.) 8. Turn on the pulverizer, run it idle for a while after starting the machine, and then slowly feed the materials after the cloth bag bulges. 9. The feeding speed should be slow, and the ammeter should be kept within 10A. Do not feed the materials too fast, otherwise the materials cannot be pulverized and discharged in time, which may cause the machine jam and stop. 10. After the powder is formed through pulverization, do not immediately turn off the machine and let the machine idle for about one minute to reduce residues. 11. Turn off the power switch, cut off the power cord, untie the cloth bag, and then pour out the powder. 12. Open the pulverizing bin and take out the mesh screen. Clean away the residues in the pulverizing bin with a brush, clean the mesh screen, and dry it in the air for the next pulverization.
