  3. Shipping was great. Packaging was great. As described. Its price is a good value. Although the struts came in perfect condition, pieces of both struts broke off when putting them on the hatch. THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE SELLER. Very brittle plastic. A little disappointed but they still work.
