Just received the product and haven't fully assessed it yet. Appears to be very user-friendly. I've had Gourmia products before and they have worked well. Received a new item as advertised. Box was damaged but product was not. Good value compared to other options I researched. Seller was prompt and communicative throughout the delivery process. Overall a positive experience with the seller.
The seller shipped the item immediately and the item was received in good condition. The packaging of the item was also good with bubble wrap protecting the item from in-transit damage. The item received was in the condition and exactly as described by the seller. I'd buy from this seller again.
It works as described! It was a local shipment, so delivery was next day (due to proximity), but I appreciate that the seller put it in the mail the next business day after my purchase. Very happy w my purchase and would buy from this seller again!
