The plushies arrived very quickly through Japan Post and are exactly like the pictures! They were packed carefully and included a new Disney plastic bag and were shipped in a Disney parcel. They are clearly new and original. My sister loves them! I also want to highlight the seller's kind, patient and dedicated work to make it possible to ship it to Germany. I've rarely if ever met such an amazing person who has put so much work and effort into getting it done and communicating throughout. 10/10
As described and thank you! Off topic, due to current event my package was delayed and USPS opened my package possibly during customs. Good thing Nana, the seller had my item wrapped in transparent layer plastic and protected it from dirt and water since USPS/customs cut my package open and can't close it anymore. So buyers due expect delays in your packages especially to the US.
