Item was packaged extremely securely (double-wrapped in sturdy cardboard pieces, enclosed with bubble wrap, and then also enclosed on both ends of the shipping envelope with big wads of hefty wrapping paper, crumpled to minimize shifting and interior/exterior damage to the item)! Ceramic mugs match description and match those in the Starbucks in Hawaii. The mugs arrived when the original ETA was expected. Delivery date was changed once tracking info was sent but arrived by date when purchased. The packaging was very well done. It took a lot of strength to open the boxes.
