Warranty Most of the returns we get either are 100% functional products or have a simple problem such as bad battery or dirty/loose/misconnected cables. If you take our product to a shop to test and pay to have it tested, please insist on a copy of the results as we will require it in order to approve return. Any tampering, dismantling, painting, or otherwise altering the product results in termination of warranty. Our warranty is for product only and assumes no liability for another another expenses.
